About the Role

As a team, we are a high performing collection of diverse individuals coming together to achieve a common goal which is to support those living with disability to live the life they choose.

Reporting to the Applications Manager this role is responsible for the design and development of Activ’s integration and Application platforms, ensuring that systems are easy to use with the least amount of effort by staff.

A typical day in the role may look like……

  • Designing and developing our integration programs from multiple data sources
  • Investigating and improving systems and integrations
  • Opportunity to learn and develop applications in Salesforce
  • Ensure designs are adequately documented
  • Gather requirements and develop testing scripts
  • Contribute to the resolution and documentation of incidents
  • Working with staff and support channels to investigate and resolve incidents.

The ideal candidate will have: -

  • Experience developing on and maintaining an integrations platform e.g. Jitterbit, Mulesoft, Dell Boomi or similar
  • A minimum of two years' experience in a mid-sized organisation working as an analyst/developer supporting business systems
  • Experience with Change Management practices
  • Exposure to or experience developing on Salesforce is highly regarded
  • Tertiary qualifications in information systems, business, management, statistics or related discipline
  • Current ‘C’ Class driver’s license
